A Slice of Pie was hosted at the Vesta Design Centre on September 23rd, 2023. Corner Peach’s Caroline Murphy guided the audience through every culinary step, from creating the flakiest crusts to layering sumptuous fillings in the ultimate lead-up to creating the perfect pie. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or a pie novice, the demo catered to all skill levels.
The event also served as an open house to showcase our two new showroom kitchens. Attendance was brisk and the pie samples post the demo seemed to go over quite well with the audience. We’re sharing Caroline’s pie recipe here:
