To be considered for this key position you must be mechanically inclined with at least 3 years of previous professional building and/or maintenance experience, ideally in a property management related environment including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring repairs, minor plumbing, filter changes and electrical and other handy person type jobs
